You will see a lot of sites that still use the "keywords" meta tag and assuming you aren't loading it full of keywords to spam the search engines, it doesn't do any good or any harm. Yahoo is the only major search engine that takes the keywords meta tag it into some account, but considering its increasingly small share of the search market, the tag's value in SEO is nearly nonexistent.

Nice article, and good update on the keywords metatag issue – there's been some conflicting information about that recently.
